First, off all of us stuffies (and dolls!) seriously LOVE BLOGGING!! I MEAN FOR REAL DO!!
We all love writing on the blog, talking with other bloggers, reading other blogs, and well, just all of it!!
We are all so incredibly thankful for each and every one of you! 😀 😀 That’s the true though, my gumdrops!
You all have been there and we appreciate that, truly. 🙂
We are taking a hiatus to help with all of our schedules.
My schedule has been filled with school, work, social life, my well-being, and much more. I know the rest of the stuffies and dolls have a lot on their plates with their own jobs and schoolwork.
We are however, so thankful for all of those things, but we need some time to focus a bit more on them.
We will be taking our hiatus starting on Jan 28th and we will not resume to a normal post schedule (and we have a ton of post ideas!! eeekk!) until around Feb.13th. That is about the course of two week are so, and we know it’s a long period of time, but we need the time to rest, recuperate, and to come back stronger and with better quality posts. 😀 😀
This is our first official hiatus on here and like I said, we are just doing this to take a step back and to just be for a little bit. It is nothing personal towards you, sugar plums. 😉
We may end it early, depending on our schedules, but however, we are not completely going away because we will still be checking all of our blog emails, blog messages, and comments quite regularly.
Anyways, we will also be taking some of this time to try to catch up on reading some of y’all’s blogs, although we may not be super active on that either, just depending on our schedules and how everything is going. 😀
In the comments- we would love to chat about how your life has been. What’s your opinion on powdered sugar? Do you like peppermint candy? Yes or no to chocolate-covered fruit?

We had 15 incredible followers vote in the poll and well my dudes, they mattered because in the end there were 7 yes’s, 4 no’s , and 3 neutrals. SO even though it is like *cough cough* mid-January we are going to be posting what we would have done in December!! We are excited to do this, since things got busy at the end of December due to schoolwork and the holidays, but we are glad to do this now.. as well as things being busy in January.. due to work and school for us stuffies
I will be doing a duo post with Uncle Fredrick, but I will be starting!!
I am actually quite excited to be getting into this because I will be doing a Christmas gift haul!! I love spending Christmas day with my mom and my sister, Lilac. We exchange gifts, have hot coco, and read the Christmas story. My favorite part though is seeing the reactions on my families faces when I give them their gifts. There is nothing like it.. so..it’s not going to be your usual gift haul..because I am doing the opposite and showing what I got others…
Anyways, here is what I gave for Christmas! I love giving gifts, no cap, my dude.
First off, I want to thank all of the kind presents from my family and friends. As well, as from my fans, Hippy Club members, and Hippy Jr. Club members for all of the DMs, Christmas cards, and presents you all sent. It made me so happy and I sadly can’t get into all of the great things y’all did.. because it is time to jump into the haul..
What I Got For my Mom ( Katie )
A 2021 Subaru Legacy!! My Mom’s old car was an earlier 2000’s car and she insisted to stay with it until it died, even though she could afford a new car. But even before it could, I decided to get her one for Christmas. She said that she couldn’t accept, but I insisted.. it’t the least I could do for how much she has done for me..
I also got her some of her favorite chocolates and fuzzy socks. I also got her a new lighting set for when she does her YouTube videos for her cooking channel. I am going to brag on my Mom since she deserves it, but she has 5K followers and many, many likes and comments!!

What I Got For my Sister (Lilac)
My sister Lilac is only 8 years old, but I had to get her what she has been asking for..
I got her LOTS of candy, an art supply kit, and a tripod and new lighting set for her to be able to do her TikToks and YouTube videos. My Mom helps to monitor all of her social media accounts, since my sister is also a social media sensation.. I mean she’s adorable! She is even getting started on her own slime line!
Anways.. I got her a.. UniKitty lego set!!

Ahem… let me introduce myself.. my name is Fredrick von Penguin, although please, everyone calls me Uncle Fredrick or Uncle Fred.
I am quite camera shy so, I don’t enjoy photos, but here is one of me and my friends at the blog photo shoot. I am third one to the left and on the right, I am the penguin in the middle. 😉
I am the former P.h.D. professor of history at the university although now, I am training to be a professional bob sledder, and let me tell you, it is quite delightful. The thrill of sledding..
Ooh.. I am not as old as you may think.. some people think professor equals that to a grouchy old man.. no, no.. I am 36 years old… which isn’t terribly old.. if you ask me..
But enough of that, I am here to judge something I found actually quite amusing. That is to rate Ugly Christmas Sweaters from 1 being pretty and 10 being horrendous.. so, let’s begin.. ( the descriptions of the sweaters are under the photos of them 😉 )
I will be judging 5 sweaters today. I don’t want to take up too much time since Hippy already has spoken. 😉

I wouldn’t say that this once is ugly, per say, but more creative. I think it is fun that she is a fireplace! I would rate it as a 3 on the ugly scale.. so not really ugly at all, but clever in a way.

Umm.. this one is alright.. it’s creative and looks handmade, but an impressive handmade sweater at that.. I love the ornament that the Grinch hand on her sweater is holding so.. a 3 on the ugly scale as well..

My, my this man here has an ugly Christmas sweater.. it appears to be Rudolph throwing up candy.. I would give it a 7 on the ugly scale.. there is nothing pretty about this festive apparel…

This was just found to bring a bit of laughter on my tongue!! Aahahhaa, this outfit is based on the song, “Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer”, how comical! I would rate it is a 4 or 4.532 on the ugly scale, but I love the apparel in this..

Oh, oh my.. that is quite yellow… and pink.. and red… it’s flamingos in Christmas hats. I have met a few flamingos that are just dandy and I think they would like this sweater.. it’s funny.. but the color clashes are like.. noo.. it is about a 6 on the ugly sweater scale..
It looks like that is the last sweater, but well, I do hope to come back again sometime soon.

This is Strawberry the pig here today for today’s Stuffed Stories post!
I know that we haven’t been super active on here lately, but all of the kid and teen stuffie’s have been super busy starting up school and us adults are getting back into our jobs.
Although, I am working on this post on my lunch break at the palace right now, LOL. If you did not know, I am a lead member of the FunTown Parliament. I am the second youngest female to be a part of it. I also work part-time as a lifeguard for the elementary and middle schools.
I am working on the parliament currently on some different requests for taxes, new play grounds being built, and looking over contracts of land.

We want to apologize for not finishing Day 11 and Day 12 of the 12 Days of Stuffie Christmas. We had some things come up and we were not able to do them, even though we wanted too. 😦 😦 It was our first time ever attempting to post for 12 days in a row…., even with a few bumps, we are still proud of what we did!!!
Although.. we will still do a Day 11/Day 12 combo post for the days we missed, even though it is not Christmas anymore! We have some excited stuffies who still want to share what they have received (Hippy) and what Christmas sweaters that they like (Uncle Fredrick) ! 😀
